Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Built on ball bearings, this replacement Lamb through-flow motor (Part #116662-49) is a 5.7-inch, single-stage unit designed for the Lamb 8541. It draws cooling air directly through the motor while supplying the airflow the vacuum needs to clean effectively.

A motor near the end of its life loses suction, runs louder than normal, gives off a burning smell, or shuts off intermittently. Fitting the correct single-stage unit clears those symptoms and returns rated performance.
