Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Lamb double-stage motor (Part #122178-18) is a replacement 8.4-inch unit rated at 240 volts, cross-referenced to Lamb 8577. Its large 8.4-inch fan and two-stage design supply the high airflow and pressure that vacuum and central vacuum systems draw at 240-volt supply.

Loss of suction, unusual noise, a burning smell, or a motor that will not start all point to a unit at the end of its life. Installed as a direct drop-in, a matched motor restores full cleaning power.
