This replacement motor mount fits the Hoover 1100 and related models. Made from durable rubber, it cushions the motor and holds it in position inside the housing.
Worn motor mounts let the motor rattle and vibrate, which adds noise and can loosen surrounding parts over time. A fresh mount absorbs that vibration again and can noticeably quiet a noisy machine. Because the mount also sets the motor's position, a new one helps the assembly line up as the factory intended.
