Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement motor spider for the Rainbow E Series GS motor unit (Part #R8312B) supports and stabilizes the motor assembly. It holds the motor shaft in alignment and steadies the motor against the forces of high-speed rotation.

A spider that has worn, cracked, or loosened lets the motor drift out of alignment, bringing on vibration, rattling sounds, or a motor that sits off-center. Left unchecked, the added movement wears the shaft and bearings faster. Fitting a sound spider restores firm support and smooth operation.
