Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This replacement Filter Queen brush roll bearing mount fits early Filter Queen power nozzle models. The mount holds the bearing at the end of the brush roll, keeping the roll centered and free to spin within the nozzle.

A cracked or worn bearing mount lets the brush roll drift out of position, which causes wobble, uneven agitation, and extra noise as the roll rubs the housing. Left unaddressed, the misalignment strains the belt and shortens brush roll life. A sound mount restores smooth, centered rotation.
