The DUO spot cleaning brush rides on the machine in a light gray clamp, and 5352HG is the replacement for that clamp with its screw included. SEBO's DUO parts diagram lists the piece at position 14.
It is made for the SEBO DUO and matched to spot cleaning brush 3055HG, holding the brush square against the body instead of letting it hang loose where a doorframe can knock it off. A cracked clamp is a quiet sort of problem: the brush stays put until the day it does not, and by then it has usually been set down mid-job and forgotten in another room. If the brush has started rattling in its holder, or the clamp has gone white and stress-marked at the bend, that is the point to change it rather than after the tool has gone.
