Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This Myraton repair kit restores the telescoping action on a SEBO integrated wand by replacing the worn slider button and its spring mechanism. Over time the button that releases and locks the telescopic tube can lose tension or break, leaving the wand stuck at one length; this kit returns smooth extend-and-lock function without buying a whole new wand. Part #CH-IN-SL-MI-01.

It is designed to fit the SEBO integrated telescopic wand, the type with the cord and locking mechanism built into the tube. The kit includes the slider button and the small internal components needed to bring the release back to working order.
