We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Henry Compact HVR160 is NaceCare's compact-format canister vacuum, built on the round, low-profile body the Henry line is recognized for and finished here in red. Where an upright asks you to carry the whole machine to the job, a canister like this one stays put on the floor while a flexible hose brings the cleaning end to stairs, upholstery, drapes and the gap under furniture an upright body cannot reach.
NaceCare rates the HVR160 at 680 watts with 120 CFM of airflow and 100 inches of water lift, drawing into a 1.6 US gallon bag through filtration measured at 0.3 micron with 99.97 percent efficiency. The 26 foot cord stores on an internal rewind, onboard storage holds the tools and docks the wand, and the machine runs at 47 dB(A), quiet enough to work around people rather than waiting for a room to empty out.
Inside NaceCare's compact 160 family the HVR160 shares its body with the pink Hetty HET160 and the pet-focused Henry Petcare HPC160, so choosing between them is a question of finish and filter package rather than a different machine underneath.
