We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Hetty 160 is NaceCare's pink-finished canister, built on the same round Henry-family body with a different face rather than a different machine underneath. The format is unchanged from the rest of the line: a compact body stays on the floor while a flexible hose carries the work to stairs, upholstery and tight spaces.
The specification suits the work it is aimed at. A 620 watt motor draws into a 6 liter bag, roughly 1.6 US gallons, through TriTex filtration with HepaFlo bags, and a 33 foot cord on a rewind gives about 45 feet of working reach from the outlet. NaceCare positions this trim for hard floors and low-pile rug and carpet, which is exactly the range a compact canister covers well without the weight of a larger machine.
Choosing Hetty over Henry usually comes down to color preference, since both sit in the same 160 family on the same platform. The bagged system is the more consequential half of the decision: a sealed bag lifts out and goes in the bin without releasing what it collected, which is the argument for bagged over bagless in any household where dust is a real concern rather than an abstraction.
