Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Part 801171 is the bag clip spring for the NaceCare HX14, sold on its own rather than as a complete clip assembly. It is the tension element of that clip: the clip gives the shape, the spring gives the force that holds it shut.

A spring that has stretched, weakened or cracked lets the bag work loose over a shift even though the clip body still looks and moves as it should, which is why the symptom usually reads as a bag problem rather than a spring problem. NaceCare's current online catalogue does not index this part number or the HX14, so if yours is an older machine, check this spring against the one you are removing before ordering.
