This is the genuine NaceCare / Numatic bottom motor gasket, the rubber sealing ring that sits beneath the motor assembly inside Numatic commercial canister vacuums such as the Henry, Hetty, and George families. The gasket forms an airtight seal between the motor mount and the body of the machine, ensuring suction airflow is routed correctly through the motor rather than leaking around it.
Over years of heavy use the original gasket compresses, hardens, or cracks, which causes a loss of suction power and can let unfiltered air bypass the motor. Replacing it with this OEM part restores the factory seal and protects the motor from dust ingress.
