    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This NaceCare / Numatic bucket handle spacer is the small molded component that positions and secures the carrying handle to the body of Numatic canister vacuums and wet/dry machines. The spacer sets the correct gap between the handle pivot and the bucket wall so the handle swings freely while staying firmly anchored when you lift the unit.

    Because the handle bears the full weight of the machine during transport, the spacer takes repeated stress and can crack or wear loose over time. Fitting a fresh genuine spacer eliminates handle wobble and prevents further damage to the surrounding housing.
