    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This genuine NaceCare / Numatic Henry inner contact ring is the electrical connector component that carries power between the machine body and the rotating or mating section on the Henry vacuum and its related Hetty, James, and George models. The contact ring provides a continuous electrical path so the motor and switch receive reliable power as the parts seat together.

    Over time the contact surface can corrode, pit, or loosen, leading to intermittent power, flickering operation, or a machine that cuts out. Replacing the inner contact ring with the correct OEM part restores a clean, dependable electrical connection.
