    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This NaceCare/Numatic hose flange gasket, SKU 202027, seals the joint where the suction hose meets the vacuum body's inlet port. A sound gasket here is what keeps vacuum pressure from bleeding off at the connection, so a worn one shows up as weaker suction at the cleaning head even though the motor sounds normal.
