Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Nellie's Dishwasher Nugget Tin holds 60 loads of dishwashing detergent in solid, pre-measured nugget form. Instead of pouring powder and eyeballing the amount, you drop a single nugget into the dispenser and run the cycle — the dose is decided for you, load after load.

One Nugget, One Load

Place one nugget in the dishwasher's detergent cup, close it, and run your normal cycle. Keep the tin closed between loads so the nuggets stay dry, and store it wherever the rest of your dishwashing supplies live — it stacks neatly and will not tip powder everywhere if it gets knocked over.

Sixty loads works out to roughly two months of daily dishwashing, which makes this the sensible ongoing size for nugget users. It suits anyone who likes the certainty of a fixed dose: no measuring, no overpouring, and no powder trail across the counter. The tin itself is sturdy enough to live under the sink without splitting or spilling the way a bag can.
