Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Nellie's Dishwasher Powder Tin holds 100 scoops of plant-based machine dishwashing powder in a sturdy, kitchen-friendly tin. It is the everyday size of the range — large enough that you are not constantly re-buying, small enough to store neatly under the sink. Households that run regular loads and want an eco-friendly dishwasher powder as their daily detergent are the natural audience.

The formula is phosphate-free, biodegradable, and septic-safe. It works through grease and baked-on food, and because the chemistry is plant-based, what rinses down the drain at the end of the cycle is nothing you need to think twice about — the kind of detergent you can run in a home on a septic system without hesitation. Nellie's makes the powder in Canada.

Using the Tin

Add a scoop to the dishwasher's detergent cup, close it, and run your normal cycle; the tin (SKU NAD-100) holds 100 scoops. For hard-water homes, or when a load needs extra enzyme power, Nellie's Dishwasher Cubes (NADC-16) make a pre-measured companion.

Other Sizes and Formats

The same powder is available as a 15-load trial pouch (NAD-15), a 50-load pouch (NAD-50), and a 1,100-scoop bucket (NAD-1100) for serious stocking up.
