Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is Nellie's Floor Care in its largest format: a 2.7 L tin of the same plant-based floor cleaner, sized for households that mop often, clean a lot of square footage, or simply prefer buying refills over a parade of small bottles. The tin format also means less single-use plastic coming into the house with every restock.

Like the standard bottle, the formula is biodegradable and contains no phosphates, harsh chemicals, or strong artificial perfumes. It cuts through household dirt and neutralizes odours, then leaves floors with a light, natural lemongrass scent instead of a chemical haze.

How to Use

Dilute a small amount in a bucket of warm water and mop as you normally would. It works with any mop, including Nellie's own mop systems, and is suited to hardwood, tile, ceramic, and other sealed hard flooring. Being a concentrate, a little goes a long way, so the 2.7 L tin lasts a serious amount of mopping.
