Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This 36-count pouch is the simplest introduction to Nellie's pre-measured laundry detergent. Inside are 36 individual nuggets, each one a complete, ready-to-go dose: toss a nugget in the drum, add clothes, press start. Laundry gets faster and the detergent shelf gets tidier.

Why a pouch of nuggets

The single-dose format removes the messiest part of powder detergent — the measuring. Nobody overpours, nothing spills, and every wash gets exactly the same amount. The lightweight pouch travels well too, whether that means a college laundry room, an extended trip, or a small apartment where a bucket of detergent has nowhere to live. At 36 loads, it is also the right size to test the nugget format before moving up to the 60-count tin or the 350-count bulk pouch.

How to use

Place one nugget in the empty drum before loading your laundry, then run your usual cycle. One nugget covers one load, so the pouch count is the load count — no math required. Reseal the pouch between washes to keep the rest dry.
