Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Nellie's One Soap Fragrance Free is the unscented version of the brand's multi-purpose liquid soap, the same plant-based, sudsy formula that washes dishes, hands, and hard surfaces, with nothing added for fragrance. If someone at your sink is sensitive to scents, or you simply do not want your glassware smelling like anything, this is the bottle to keep there.

Built for sensitive households

Nellie's makes One Soap without SLS, SLES, or dyes, and the formula is hypoallergenic and soft on hands. The Fragrance Free version takes that a step further by skipping scent entirely, with nothing added for scent at all. What is left is a straightforward, eco-friendly hand and dish soap that lifts food residue and grime from dishes, glass, countertops, and wood floors. It is gentle enough for everyday hand washing and even for bathing the dog. Made in Canada.
