Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The 500-scoop bucket of Nellie's Oxygen Brightener is the middle path: far more supply than a tin, without committing to the full 1,100-scoop pail. For a household that adds a scoop to most loads, one bucket quietly covers a very long stretch of laundry days.

The powder works by oxygenating the wash water: that oxygen breaks stains apart at the source while loosening the dirt, dullness, and odor a load carries in with it. It is a chlorine-free alternative to bleach, which means whites come out bright and colors stay vivid rather than fading load after load. The formula is color-safe, septic-safe, and hypoallergenic — gentle enough for the whole family's laundry — and it is made in Canada.

Using It

Scoop it into the drum or dispenser at the start of the wash, together with your usual detergent. It is formulated to partner with Nellie's Laundry Soda, and the two together handle the vast majority of what a laundry basket can throw at them. Stubborn, set-in stains respond best to a two-step approach: rub the spot with Nellie's WOW Stick Stain Remover first, then wash with a scoop of brightener in the load.
