Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The 100-scoop tin is the classic way to keep Nellie's Oxygen Brightener within arm's reach of the washing machine. It holds enough powder for a hundred scoop-dosed loads, in a format that sits neatly on the laundry shelf between washes.

Oxygen Brightener is a chlorine-free oxygen bleach alternative. In the wash, it puts oxygen to work directly on stains, breaking them down so the water can carry off what ordinary detergent misses — the dinginess that builds up in towels, the gray cast that creeps into whites, the odors that survive a normal cycle. Because there is no chlorine involved, it is safe on colors as well as whites, and the formula is septic-safe and hypoallergenic. Like the rest of the Oxygen Brightener range, it is manufactured in Canada.

How to Use

Dose one scoop into each load along with your detergent. It is built to work with Nellie's Laundry Soda, and the pairing is the core of the Nellie's laundry routine: soda for the clean, brightener for stains and brightness. When something truly ugly lands on a garment, spot-treat it with Nellie's WOW Stick Stain Remover before it goes in the machine.
