Cellulose is remarkably thirsty. Each cloth holds up to 15 times its weight in water, so a knocked-over glass of juice is a one-cloth job instead of a half-roll-of-paper-towel job. The cloth rinses out, wrings nearly dry, and air-dries fast, which keeps it odour free day after day. Everyday routine
