We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

It has exactly one job — bringing a drained WOW Too back to a full charge from any household outlet — and it does it without fuss. Whether your original charger has gone missing, given up, or just never comes home from the cottage, this is the exact part to get your WOW Too running again.

Check your mop model first

This charger is for the WOW Too only, including the current WOW Too V2 (NWM-TOO-V2). It is not the charger for the original WOW Mop — that model uses its own charger, sold separately as NWM-CH. The two chargers look similar, so compare the listing photos against your mop before ordering to be sure you're getting the right one.

Worth keeping a spare

A second charger is one of those cheap insurance items for a cordless mop: keep one upstairs and one down, or leave one at a second home, and the mop is always ready to top up wherever it lives — no ferrying the same cable from floor to floor.

If you're setting up a dedicated charging corner, the WOW Too Charging Base (NWM-TOO-CB) gives the mop somewhere to park between top-ups, and fresh Scrub & Polish Pads (NWM-SPP) are the other refresh most well-used mops are due for.
