Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The CleanMax Nitro/Pro-Series Paper Bags are sold twelve to a pack and fit the Nitro (CMMR-QD), Pro-Series (CMPS), and CMP-3N, CMP-3T, and CMP-3QD models. These standard paper bags handle everyday debris as the machine's primary filter.

A paper bag that is overfilled or nicked loses its ability to hold dust, and suction falls off while fine particles work toward the motor. Dropping in a fresh bag brings airflow back and keeps the collected dirt contained where it belongs.
