Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement 12-foot non-electric attachment hose (Part #R9254C) fits Rexair and Rainbow E-series machines and comes in black. Without powered wiring, it provides flexible reach for above-floor cleaning and can also be used for wet pickup.

A hose that develops cracks, pinholes, or loose fittings loses suction and pulls in air where it should not, so cleaning power drops off. Splits along the corrugated sections are a common trouble spot. Fitting a sound 12-foot hose restores full airflow for above-floor and wet jobs.
