We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The nozzle assembly (Part #440003836) is a replacement cleaning head for your vacuum. The nozzle is the floor-level housing where the brush roll makes contact with the carpet and the machine draws up loosened dirt and debris.

When a nozzle assembly cracks, warps, or its internal brush parts wear out, agitation drops off and dirt gets left behind on the carpet. Fitting the correct replacement head restores proper floor contact and steady pickup.
