We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This is the green nozzle housing for the Oreck XL2090RHM upright, part 09-75430-17, also listed for the Oreck 7807. The nozzle is the front cleaning head: it houses the brush roll chamber, sets the height at which the machine meets the floor, and takes every impact with a baseboard or a chair leg.

Cracked or warped, it stops holding the brush roll square. The result is uneven grooming, one end of the strip cleaner than the other, and air bleeding in where the head should be sealed. Snapped mounting tabs are the other common failure and announce themselves as a rattle at the front of the machine.

A sound housing puts the brush back in line and restores consistent contact across the full width. Worth inspecting the brush roll and belt while the nozzle is off, since a damaged housing usually means something was hit hard.
