Nozzle Hose - Shark NV355/3...

$8.99

Product details

On the Shark Navigator Pro Lift-Away, the short ribbed hose between the floor nozzle and the body carries everything the brush roll picks up. This is the replacement for it, part H100, for the NV355, NV356 and NV357.

It is the part that splits. The hose flexes every time the handle is reclined, and after a few years it cracks at the cuffs or opens a pinhole along a rib. From then on the machine draws air through the hole instead of through the nozzle: carpet pickup goes soft, the motor sounds exactly as it always did, and a new filter makes no difference at all. Blockages are the other failure, and a sock or a strip of packing tape lodged in the bend does the same thing.

Rule out a clog before you order. If the hose is clear and pickup is still weak, the leak is in the hose wall.
