Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine NSS power cord, part #9697271, is the correct 120-volt replacement supply cord for the NSS Pacer 12UE and Pacer 15UE commercial upright vacuums. The Pacer line is a workhorse in janitorial and facilities cleaning, and a sound cord is critical to keeping those machines on the floor.
