    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This squeegee wet pick-up tool is a 12 inch wide floor head built for wet recovery on hard surfaces, with a 1-1/4 inch swivel neck that connects to standard wet/dry vacuum wands of that diameter. SKU 10341 is the stock number for this tool.

    The swivel neck lets the head pivot as the wand moves, keeping the squeegee blade flat against the floor through turns and direction changes rather than lifting off the surface and losing its seal. That flat contact is what lets a wet pick-up tool actually pull standing water into the vacuum instead of pushing it around.

    Because compatibility beyond the 1-1/4 inch neck size is not confirmed for specific machine models, verify the wand diameter on your wet/dry vacuum against the swivel neck before ordering rather than assuming a fit. Inspect the blade edge periodically for nicks or a rounded profile, a squeegee that no longer meets the floor evenly will streak or leave water behind instead of pulling it into the vacuum.
