Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Where Henry stays strictly dry, Charles adds wet pickup to the same canister platform, so one machine covers everyday vacuuming and the occasional flooded sink trap or standing water on a hard floor. This is the CVC370-2, finished in blue and cataloged under SKU 915678.

The A21 standard kit ships with the machine, so the dry tools and the wet pickup hardware arrive together rather than as a second order placed after the first wet job makes the gap obvious. Keep a separate set of bags on hand for dry work as well, since switching modes is only as convenient as having the consumables for both.
