Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This NaceCare rug and floor tool (part 602137) switches between carpet and bare flooring using one attachment, so an operator working mixed surfaces doesn't have to stop and swap heads. It has a 1-1/2 in neck, sized for the higher-airflow wands used on commercial canister and tub-vac machines rather than the smaller 1-1/4 in fittings common on lighter models.

A foot-operated lever on tools of this style raises or lowers a brush strip: down for rugs and carpet, retracted so a bare plate meets hard flooring without scattering fine debris. The sole plate here is stainless steel, a material that holds up to repeated floor contact far longer than plastic and keeps sliding smoothly rather than dragging as it ages.
