    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

It connects directly to NuTone central vacuum wall inlets and gives you whole-home reach from a single inlet, so you can clean multiple rooms without dragging a canister behind you.

    • Length: 35 feet of crushproof hose for full-room and stair coverage
    • Diameter: 1-1/4" inner diameter, the standard NuTone central vacuum size
    • Wall end: button-lock cuff that clicks securely into the inlet valve and won't pull loose mid-clean
