    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This NuTone 35-foot straight suction hose assembly (Part #30328) is a complete replacement for central vacuum systems built around the larger 1-3/8" hose standard. It includes both ends pre-installed, so it drops straight into your NuTone inlet and is ready to clean out of the box.

    • Length: 35 feet for reaching across rooms, hallways, and stairs from one wall inlet
    • Diameter: 1-3/8" inner diameter for high airflow on power-unit systems
    • Wall end: genuine metal NuTone wall cuff for a durable, secure inlet seal
    • Handle end: metal button-lock curved handle for comfortable control and a positive lock

    The all-metal cuff and handle resist the cracking and stress fatigue that eventually splits plastic ends, making this a long-lived upgrade over a tired original hose. It fits NuTone central vacuum inlets sized for 1-3/8" hose and accepts standard wands and floor tools of the same diameter.
