    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    For larger homes that need extra reach, this NuTone 40-foot straight suction hose assembly (Part #30327-40) extends your cleaning radius well beyond a standard 30- or 35-foot hose. It arrives complete with both ends installed, ready to connect to your NuTone central vacuum wall inlet.

    • Length: 40 feet, ideal for long hallways, open floor plans, and reaching upper stairs from a single inlet
    • Diameter: 1-3/8" inner diameter for high airflow on power-unit central vacuum systems
    • Configuration: straight suction hose (no on/off wiring) with a curved handle end and wall cuff pre-fitted
    • Fitment: built for NuTone central vacuum inlets sized for 1-3/8" hose
