Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The wall end is the fitting at the inlet end of a central vacuum hose, the part you twist into the wall every time you clean. This black replacement with a crushproof cuff, part CH-FA3806-305, is for Nutone central vacuum hoses and is listed against the Nutone 1311.

No other part of the hose is handled as hard. It gets inserted, twisted and yanked out hundreds of times a season, dragged around door frames, and stepped on. The crushproof cuff is the whole point here, since it takes that abuse without collapsing where a plain cuff flattens and then splits.

A cracked wall end whistles at the inlet and steals suction along the entire length of hose behind it. If pickup has dropped and the bag and filter are clear, look at this fitting before hunting deeper in the system.
