Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. As a bag fills, airflow through the machine drops, suction fades, and the motor works harder to move air. Swapping in a fresh bag when the old one nears two-thirds full keeps airflow strong, protects the motor, and holds captured dust securely.
