Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

These genuine NuTone Model 391 central vacuum bags are 6-gallon, 2-ply filter bags for compatible NuTone power units, sold three to a pack. The electrostatically charged media captures particles down to 0.10 microns at 85 percent efficiency as the system runs.

A central vacuum bag that fills or splits lets suction fall across every inlet and allows fine dust to escape back into the airstream. Fitting a fresh Model 391 bag keeps the tight seal intact so dirt, dust, and allergens stay captured throughout the home.
