Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This grey hose assembly (part 3600G) is an original-quality replacement for the Electrolux Super J, built with a swivel elbow at the machine end. Internal wiring carries power to a motorized head while the swivel joint lets the hose turn freely at the connection.
