Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This OEM carbon brush set with orange winged holder (Part #833392-67) fits a range of Ametek Lamb high-efficiency vacuum motors and replaces part numbers 33392-17 and 33392-11. The brushes transfer current to the motor armature and are a normal wear item.

Reduced suction, sparking at the motor, intermittent power, or a burning smell mean the brushes have worn short and should be changed before the armature suffers. A matched pair restores reliable running.
