We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Product details
The bag dock is the moulded collar the vacuum bag locks into on the Oreck UK30500, and it is where the whole airflow path is sealed. Oreck sells it as part 430001820.
Docks crack and bow. When they do, the bag will not seat squarely: you feel it as a bag that goes in at an angle or refuses to click home, and after that the seal is gone. Air is drawn in around the collar rather than through the nozzle, suction drops, and fine dust escapes into the bag compartment, where you will find it as a grey film.
This dock fits the Oreck UK30500 and UK30500v Discover uprights and the LW1500RS Magnesium. If bags have been hard to fit for a while, look at the dock before assuming the bags themselves are the problem.
