Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Oreck BB880 is the deluxe compact model in the Buster B canister line, sized and strapped to be carried rather than wheeled. It suits stairs, the inside of a car, upholstery, and any quick job where hauling out a full-size machine takes longer than the mess is worth.
Collection is a sealed paper bag rather than a bagless bin, a sensible trade on a machine this small: the chamber has less room, so bags fill and get changed more often than on an upright, but a sealed bag also means dust never has to be handled loose during emptying. Because the machine is bagged, keeping the right bags on hand matters more than it would on a larger upright, and it is worth confirming the correct Buster B bag style for this machine when ordering rather than guessing from a shelf of lookalike packs.
A smaller bag chamber means less margin before airflow suffers, so changing at roughly two-thirds full is the better habit than running a bag down to bursting. A packed bag restricts airflow and forces the motor to work against that restriction, which is the most common reason a BB880 that was fine last week suddenly feels weak. Fine dust packs a bag tighter than bulky lint does, so a bag that looks only half full by eye can already be choking airflow if what filled it was mostly dust rather than debris; go by the drop in pickup rather than a visual guess.
