Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part AK1LW3H is a three-pack of HEPA bags for Oreck's Discover and Magnesium uprights, and it also carries the number LWPK3OH.

Magnesium machines are built light on purpose, and the bag is a large part of how they hold their airflow, because there is no cyclone doing the coarse work first. HEPA media in the bag means the fine dust is caught at the front of the machine rather than handed on to the filters, so the exhaust stays clean and the machine keeps its pace on carpet through the whole bag rather than only the first half.

Three bags is roughly a season of ordinary household use. Change at around three-quarters full; airflow drops before the bag looks anywhere near finished. Check the model badge on your Discover or Magnesium before ordering, as Oreck's uprights do not all take the same bag.
