Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The handle tube is the spine of the Oreck Elevate M3 upright — the rigid tube linking the grip to the vacuum body and setting the machine's working height. Part 430001015 is the replacement tube for the Elevate M3, model UK30300, and the 5050T5 Conquer Elevate, and it also replaces the earlier number 634A00159.

Handle tubes fail from falls and leverage: a tip over the stairs or years of being pushed hard into corners leaves the tube bent or cracked at the mount. Once that happens the machine steers awkwardly, the grip works loose, and the whole upright feels unbalanced in the hand.

Fitting the new tube is a direct swap for the damaged one — plan to transfer the grip and any internal wiring across from the old tube. Confirm your Oreck is a UK30300 Elevate or 5050T5 Conquer Elevate before ordering.
