Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine Oreck filter housing (Part #77045-01-0327) is the molded plastic enclosure that holds and positions the filter inside the Oreck XL2100 upright vacuum. The housing keeps the filter seated correctly in the airflow path so air is forced through the filter media rather than bypassing it, and it provides the structure that secures the filter assembly within the machine.

A cracked or broken filter housing can let unfiltered air slip past the filter, reducing filtration and allowing dust back into the airstream. Replacing the housing restores a proper seal and keeps the XL2100's filtration system working as designed.
