Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine Oreck handle tube (Part #7502901) is the long structural tube that forms the body of the handle on Oreck 9300C, 9300G, and 9300H upright vacuums. It connects the upper grip to the lower machine body and carries the steering force you apply while cleaning. This version features the offset mounting hole specific to these 9300-series models, so it lines up correctly with their hardware.

A bent, cracked, or damaged handle tube makes a vacuum hard to control and can compromise the wiring or detent components routed along it. Fitting a new factory tube restores the handle's strength and proper geometry.
