Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Oreck's Raven, along with its Pro 6 and Pro 10 siblings, all take this same harness. Part 59-7860-04 covers the full carrying rig an operator straps on for the shift, not just a single component of it. When straps fray or a buckle snaps, or when foam padding has compacted into something closer to cardboard than cushion, load stops spreading evenly across the shoulders and hips the way it did when the machine was new.

Buying one complete assembly beats hunting down individual straps and buckles piece by piece. A harness fitted this way keeps weight balanced across the body through a full day of cleaning, and comfort complaints from a crew wearing a tired harness usually surface long before anything actually breaks on the vacuum itself, since operators feel a bad fit within the first hour of a shift.

All three Oreck models in this family, Raven included alongside the Pro 6 and Pro 10, take the same part, which simplifies stocking for a shop servicing a mixed fleet of machines. Check the buckles and webbing on the new assembly at fitting time and adjust the straps to the operator before the first shift, since a harness set up properly once tends to stay set up.
