We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This is the three-wire cord harness from the Oreck Conquer uprights, part 430001000, fitting the UK30200, UK30270, UK30300, UK30300COM and UK30300PC. It is the internal loom carrying power between the cord entry, the switch and the motor.

Internal harnesses fail where they are clamped or where they cross a moving joint. Insulation chafes through against an edge, a crimp works loose, and the machine starts behaving strangely: cutting out over bumps, running only when the handle is held a certain way, or tripping a breaker when a bare strand finally finds metal.

Fitting the correct harness restores the original routing and connectors rather than leaving a taped splice inside the machine. Unplug the vacuum before you start, and photograph the routing before anything is disconnected.
