Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part AK12405 is the bag for Oreck's Ironman compact canister, five to a pack, listed for the IM76, IM88, IM90 and IM98.

The Ironman is a small canister that gets used like a big one, so bags fill faster than owners expect. The first sign is not a full-bag light but a change in how the machine behaves on the second room: the hose feels stiff, the power nozzle starts to push rather than glide, and fine dust escapes at the tool joint because the pressure has nowhere else to go.

Change at around three-quarters and you will not see any of that. Five bags is a sensible run for a house that vacuums twice a week. Check the IM number on the machine before ordering, as Oreck's canisters do not all take the same bag shape.
