Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

These genuine Oreck Green Hypo paper bags fit non-docking XL uprights and come as a 9-pack. Their double-wall hypo-allergenic construction with Celoc high-retention filtration captures fine dust and allergens, and the bags replace part numbers PK80009DW and 80009DW.

As a bag fills, airflow narrows and suction fades, and an overfilled bag can strain the motor while letting particles escape. Fitting a fresh double-wall bag reopens the airflow and restores the strong suction and high-retention filtration these uprights are built for.
